It may occur that the menu is displayed like the Picture below.
The issue is caused by corrupt stored settings of the Infragistics UltraDockManager component in the Windows registry. The exact cause for this issue is unknown.
To solve the problem, take the following steps:
1. Close the application.
2. Start regedit.
3. Navigate to the location: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\<vendor>\<application>\<main menu form name> For example: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Consultingwerk Ltd.\Sample Applications\MainMenuForm The location is depending on the local settings of your computer.
4. Remove the DockmangerSetting highlighted in the picture.
5. Start the application and the menu should be shown normal.
