SCLNG-422 New icon for draggable records in the SmartGrid

The new icon resembles a handle making it clearer to the user what he can do there.

SCLNG-405 Update to Angular 13

Update to latest release of Angular.

SCLNG-371 Support for componentId added

Form/Viewer layouts now support a componentId setting that can be used as an alternative to the placeholderId setting of custom components.

If both are set, componentId should take precedence.
